Returns & Refunds
We stand behind every piece that leaves our studio. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right — within reason.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In its original packaging, with any tags intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@noblecrafters.com. Do not send items back without prior authorization — unrequested returns will not be accepted.
Consumable & Perishable Items
By their nature, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used. This includes paper, ink refills, and other writing consumables — as use constitutes acceptance. If you receive a consumable product that is damaged or defective on arrival, contact us immediately, and we will resolve it.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@noblecrafters.com with photographic evidence where possible. We will assess and resolve the matter promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Opened or used consumables (paper, ink, refills)
- Custom or personalised orders
- Sale items and gift cards
- Hazardous materials
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. To receive an alternative item, return the original (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is confirmed.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to an EU address, you are entitled by law to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without justification. Standard condition requirements apply: unused, original packaging, proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the amount.
If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at contact@noblecrafters.com.
Note: We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
