Machined from aircraft-grade aluminum and finished in a hard anodized layer, the noble. Aluminum Pen is the one you reach for without thinking. Light enough that you stop noticing it. Aircraft-grade aluminum makes the pen about 65% lighter than steel, so it rides in a shirt pocket or a jacket without weight or bulk.
A surface harder than the metal beneath it. Anodizing grows a layer of aluminum oxide, a ceramic-hard skin, into the surface itself, so the finish holds at the clip and tip where everyday pens wear through first.

Two finishes.
Black settles the whole pen into a deep, even tone, dyed through the anodized layer so it retains its depth rather than thinning or fading with handling.
Natural Clear keeps the bare aluminum tone beneath a clear anodized layer, a quiet silver-grey that shows the metal's natural grain and stays bright without polishing.
